Overflight Permits are not required. Landing permits are required for commercial non-scheduled flights.

• In addition to the minimum equipment necessary for the issuance of a certificate of airworthiness, the instruments, equipment and flight documents prescribed in ICAO Annex 6, Part I and II, Chapter 6 and 7, Part III, Chapter 4 and 5 shall be installed or carried, as appropriate, in aeroplanes/helicopters according to the aeroplane/helicopter used and to the circumstances under which the flight is to be conducted.

What documents do I need?

For the majority of one-off permit applications, we will require a PDF copy of the following:

- Aircraft Certificate of Registration

- Aircraft Certificate of Airworthiness (If restricted please supply details)

- Insurance Certificate showing worldwide coverage or country specific coverage

- Pilot License and Medical
